GME RECOGNIZED AS A TOP 100 MBE

GME ENTERPRISES, LLC WINS 2024 TOP 100 MBE AWARD BY CAPITAL REGION MINORITY SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (CRMSDC)

CHEVY CHASE, MD September 30 – The Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council (CRMSDC) has announced that President Gwen Muse-Evans of GME Enterprises, LLC (GME) has been named a winner of the 2024 Top 100 MBE® Award. 

This prestigious accolade recognizes minority business owners in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia who have demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial accomplishments, professionalism, and significant contributions to their communities. The Top 100 MBE Awards®, established in 2007, evolved from the need to celebrate the creativity and innovation of regional MBEs who serve as role models and inspire the broader community.

This award serves as a testament to the dedication and community focus of GME’s decades of advising service. From championing financial literacy to being an active contributor to industry events and community initiatives, GME is one of the most forward-thinking companies in Maryland’s financial services industry. 

Earlier this year, GME graduated from  the Goldman Sachs 10,000K Small Business Program. In 2022, GME won the Washington Business Journal Diversity in Business Award. In 2017, GME was selected as a National Women’s Small Business Month honoree and was subsequently recognized by the Governor of Maryland. That same year, the CEO was named a 2017 Renaissance Woman by the National Association of Women in Real Estate Businesses (NAWRB).

The awards will be presented at CRMSDC’s 39th Annual Leaders and Legends Awards

Ceremony on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at the MGM National Harbor.
